General Manager
With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, Timothy has an extensive background working in private country clubs throughout the Chicago suburbs, as well as experience in chain restaurants. He joined FMK Hospitality Group six years ago and has contributed his expertise at both Bonifay and Evans locations.

Timothy started with FMK as a General Manager and currently serves as the General Manager at Orange Blossom Hills Country Club. He takes pride in working with his team to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

A lifelong golf enthusiast, Timothy grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois, as the son of a golf professional. His love for the game has remained strong throughout his life, and he enjoys being around others who share the same passion.
David Cole
Culinary Manager
David Cole serves as the Culinary Manager at Orange Blossom Hills Country Club, bringing over 12 years of dedication to FMK and more than two decades of experience in the restaurant industry. Beginning his career at just 16 years old, David has worked in a wide range of establishments, from small family-owned spots to fine dining restaurants. He joined FMK as a fry cook at Bonifay and quickly advanced through the ranks, opening Belle Glade as a trainer, earning promotions to Kitchen Manager, and gaining leadership experience at multiple FMK locations before returning to Orange Blossom Hills.

David thrives on the challenges and opportunities that come with his role, enjoying the chance to lead his team and continue developing both professionally and personally. His favorite dish to prepare is the Beef Tenderloin with mushroom demi-cream sauce, though he knows guests can never resist the ever-popular Fish and Chips. Outside of work, David is a proud father whose daughter keeps him busy with school projects, dance classes, and plenty of energy that makes life fun and fulfilling.
