
Allen Hollifield
General Manager
Allen Hollifield serves as the General Manager of Orange Blossom Country Club, where he is focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. For Allen, hospitality is all about people — building genuine relationships with guests, fostering loyalty through connection, and ensuring every visit includes great service, food, drinks, and a sense of belonging. He also believes a strong guest experience starts with a supported team, and that it is leadership’s responsibility to make staff feel valued, appreciated, and empowered to succeed.
Allen chose to join FMK after hearing positive feedback from both guests and team members and discovering that the company’s core values closely aligned with his own. Originally from Lakeland, Florida, he spent much of his early life in the Tampa/Clearwater area before moving to The Villages area 18 years ago after meeting his wife and starting their life together. Outside of work, Allen is an avid enthusiast of both classic and modern muscle cars and a passionate watch collector, with more than 40 watches in his personal collection.
John Page
Culinary Manager
With over 35 years in the restaurant industry, John Page brings an incredible depth of experience and passion to the FMK family. A Miramar, Florida native, John holds a Culinary Arts degree in International Baking and Pastries from Florida Culinary in West Palm Beach and has built an impressive career—from serving as a pastry chef at a 5-star French restaurant in Boca Raton to producing pastries for high-end hotels in Delray Beach. He also spent an incredible 27 years with Carrabba’s Italian Grill, working his way through every position, including Interim General Manager.
John joined FMK just over a year ago as a Front of the House / Bar Manager and has since shared his talents across Coastal Del Mar, Bella Vita, Tap House Social, and OBH. He loves FMK’s family-driven culture, clear communication, and the opportunities for growth it provides.
When it comes to favorites, John recommends the Pecan Crusted Salmon for guests, though the Philly Cheesesteak is always a hit. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him relaxing at the beach or the springs—or at home with his seven cats, a yellow-belly turtle, and a leopard gecko. Fun fact: John is also a devoted Pittsburgh sports fan!
